Refund Policy
It is our goal to provide quality service to gratified customers. If you have paid in full and are dissatisfied with any of the programs or courses listed below, please follow these simple steps:

Are You Really Listening (Online Course)

Send an email to refunds at highgain.com within 7 days of purchase. Please state your reason why the course did not work for you. You may also call us at 707.824.9669.

MOREAR® Listening Assessment
There are no refunds if you are dissatified with the Listening Assessment in any way.

We appreciate that these courses are an important investment for you and/or your organization and we would like to accommodate your needs as best we can. If our courses don't work for you, here are several options that may be more satisfactory:

  • You may transfer to a future session.
  • You may send someone to take your place.
  • You may cancel without penalty at any time up to three weeks* prior to your seminar.

Send us an email at at refunds at highgain.com or call us at 707.824.9669 within the specified time period and we will either adjust your registration or refund your fee (less 5% for credit card processing if applicable).

* Please Note: Program fees are non-refundable if you fail to to cancel at least three weeks (21 days) in advance or to attend a course for which you have reserved space.
